Environmental Pledge

We recognise we have a responsibility to support the delivery of the Sustainable Development Goals in our school community.

We also recognise we have a responsibility to the environment.

We pledge to: raise our awareness, reduce energy usage, and reuse and recycle.

Raise our Awareness:

• Include environmental issues in our curriculum
• Encourage our families to support our Pledge at home
• Take part in social action projects with an eco-friendly focus

Reduce Energy Usage:

• Be energy conscious
• Buy greener energy products
• Encourage environmentally friendly travel

Reuse and Recycle:

• Recycle as much as we can, including paper and food waste for composting in our gardening club
• Seek to buy recycled/recyclable products and resources
